You may not be traveling to the tropics this season, but that doesn’t mean you can’t have a tropical experience right in your own home! This Tropical Açaí Bowl is bright, vibrant, and super tasty - you’ll feel instantly transported to the beach when you make it.
This bowl is made with incredible whole ingredients to help you glow from the inside out! The flavors are sweet and bright, making it a mouth-watering, creamy smoothie that you won’t want to share. This epic bowl brings flavors from fruits from the tropics - pineapple and papaya! Pineapple is high in vitamin C, which we love as an immune supporting nutrient all year round. Papaya is a beautiful tropical fruit that contains antioxidants. When we add our banana to the mix, we’ve got a gorgeous, bright, super packed smoothie bowl base!
Cauliflower is also used in this smoothie to bulk up the volume and add in a veggie. It has no taste when we add the other fruits, and it blends in amazingly well! Be sure to steam your cauliflower before freezing it for easier digestion. And for an added boost of healthy fat and fiber, we’re adding avocado and chia seeds to the mix.
When adding liquid to your blender, you can add less for a thicker consistency or more for a drinkable smoothie. It’s totally up to you! I love eating my Açaí with a spoon, so approximately ⅓ of a cup of liquid should do the trick.

Tropical Açaì Bowl

1 Packet of Sambazon Açaí Original Superfruit Packs
¼ Cup Pineapple, frozen
½ Cup Papaya, frozen
½ Cup Cauliflower, steamed then frozen
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
Approx. ⅓ Cup Water or Plant Milk to Blend (adjust amount for desired consistency)
Toppings: Banana, Pineapple, Papaya, Coconut Flakes
2. Add fruits to the blender.
4. Add desired amount of liquid and blend.
5. Top with fruit and coconut!
