● ½ Banana
● 1 scoop Vegan Protein Powder
● 1 tbsp Nut Butter
● ¼ c Non-Dairy Milk
● 1 tsp Cacao Powder
● Nutty Granola
● Fresh Fruit
● Sliced Bananas
● Hemp Seeds
● Goji Berries
● Cacao Nibs
Put everything in the blender (make sure to break up your Açaí Packets), blend until really thick – adding more liquid if necessary – then pour into a bowl, top with suggested toppings, and enjoy! This recipe is great before or after a workout as well.
● ½ c Frozen Strawberries
● 1 tbsp Raw Cashews
● ½ c Plain Cooked Quinoa (cold)
● ½ c Non-Dairy Milk
● 1 tbsp Preferred Natural Sweetener (or to taste)

● 1 c Cold Unsweetened Coconut Milk
● ½ Frozen Banana
● 1 c Frozen Mixed Berries
● Optional Garnish: Add some chopped Nuts or Seeds for a Crunchy Boost
It's super simple to make your coconut Açaí smoothie or berry Açaí smoothie. Just put everything in a blender and enjoy it.
● 3 oz Carrot Juice
● 3 oz Orange Juice
● 1t Fresh Ginger Juice (add more if you’d like)
● ½ Frozen Banana
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Earthy from carrots and sweet from orange, this smoothie brings together roots and fruits. Make the zest as strong as desired by grating fresh Ginger and squeezing it in your hand to get fresh ginger juice. Start with a teaspoon and go from there.

● 1 Gluten Free Pie Crust
● 2 SAMBAZON Superfruit Packs (Original, Pure or Protein)
● 3 c Frozen Mixed Berries
● 1-2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
● Optional: Ground ginger
● Dash of cinnamon
● Dash of vanilla
● 1 - 2 c Gluten Free Oats
● 1 c Brown Sugar OR 1/2 c Agave
● 1/4 - 1/2 c Coconut Oil Melted
● Dash of Sea Salt
● Dash Cinnamon
● Optional: small handful chopped nuts and seeds
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
To Make Filling: In a blender, combine SAMBAZON Superfruit Packs (melted), 1 c frozen mixed berries and optional ginger or cinnamon. Blend until smooth and combined. In a bowl, add the rest of the berries and then add your blended mixture.
Stir to combine. Pour mixture into your pie crust, evenly smooth out the mixture. Over the top, evenly distribute small dollops of coconut oil. Top with crumble mixture.
To Make Crumble: In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Make sure all oats are covered. Scoop atop pie filling, gently pat down. Bake 350 for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Allow to cool before serving. Try adding a scoop of Açai Sorbet and enjoy your Açaí pie.
● 1 ½ c Walnuts
● 6 tbsp Cacao Powder
● 1 ½ tsp Vanilla
● 2 ½ c Pitted Dates
● Pinch Himalayan Sea Salt
● ¾ c Raw Cashews
● 2 tbsp Melted Coconut Oil
● 3 tbsp Maple Syrup
● Optional: Frozen Mixed berries
Combine SAMBAZON Açaí packs, dates, walnuts, cacao, vanilla, and salt in a food processor. Process until smooth. scraping down sides as needed. Lightly grease an 8 x 8 baking pan with coconut oil or use parchment paper. Transfer dough to the pan and press firmly until evenly distributed. Put in the fridge for at least two hours. For Topping: In a food processor, quickly pulse raw cashews, maple or honey, Açaí and coconut oil. Add a pinch of salt if you'd like and a handful of frozen mixed berries. We kept it as a quick pulse to be chunky against the creamy brownie but you can blend it all the way to super smooth! Once the brownies harden up in the fridge for about two hours, top with frosting and put back in the fridge for another hour or two. Cut and serve. Store in the fridge or freezer.
● Frozen Bananas (peeled and frozen for at least an hour)

Açaí Chocolate Sauce: 1 SAMBAZON Açaí Superfruit Pack, 1 bar vegan dark Chocolate, broken into chunks, Dash of Sea Salt, Dash of Vanilla Extract, Spoonful of Coconut Oil.
To Make the Chocolate Sauce: Using a double boiler, heat chocolate chunks, oil, salt, vanilla, and Açaí pack. You might need to add a little extra oil, but keep stirring constantly so nothing burns.
How To Make the Bananas: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and get your frozen bananas from the freezer. You can either roll them in chocolate or spread the warm chocolate sauce on them with a knife. Once they’re dipped in chocolate (and it hasn’t hardened yet!), add your toppings and then put back in the freezer to harden. Let freeze for at least an hour. You could totally put them on popsicle sticks, too. Just freeze them on sticks first.
